  • all-purpose flour icon
    ⅔ cup (3½ oz) all-purpose flour
  • baking soda icon
    ½ tsp baking soda
  • salt icon
    ⅛ tsp salt
  • ground cinnamon icon
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ground ginger icon
    ⅛ tsp ground ginger
  • old fashioned rolled oats icon
    1½ cups (4 oz) old fashioned rolled oats
  • raisins icon
    1 cup (5 oz) raisins

Instructions

  • 1Beat on high speed for 3 minutes, until pale.
  • 2Mix on medium speed until combined.
  • 3Mix on medium speed until combined.
  • 4Mix on low speed until just combined.
  • 5Insert the wire rack into position 5 and press START to preheat. Meanwhile, continue to the next step.
  • 6Line the pan with parchment paper. Roll 12 x ¼ cup measures. Evenly space 6 balls on the pan and press to flatten.
  • 7Once preheated, place in the oven and start the timer. Cook until browned.
  • 8Stand on tray for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • 9Cook the remaining dough.
  • 10Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
