1Rinse the chickpeas well in cold water to remove excess sodium then place on a paper towel lined tray to dry thoroughly so they can crisp in the oven.
2The oven will preheat.
3Mix the ras el hanout, sumac, garlic powder, salt and cayenne pepper together.
4Combine the chickpeas and lemon juice. Add the spice mix and stir. Add the oil and stir. Spread the chickpeas out in the air fry basket.
5Once preheated, place the basket in rack position 3 and start the timer. When the Rotate Remind signals, rotate and shake the basket. Continue cooking until crisp.
