Classic s’mores on call! Make this toasty and delicious treat whenever you want, no campfire necessary. With this simple technique, you can make up to six s’mores at once to quickly satisfy however many ooey-gooey chocolate-y cravings you’re feeling
full sheets; honey, chocolate, or cinnamon flavored
3 marshmallows
regular or s'more size
3 pieces semisweet chocolate
any kind you want!
Instructions
1We’re using the 13” pizza pan that comes with the oven for easy roasting. Make these s’mores yours—use what you love and what you’ve got on hand. Swap Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups or another kind of chocolate. Use cinnamon or even chocolate graham crackers (and make yourself a s’moreo).
2Stacking the graham crackers (instead of laying them side-by-side) helps the crackers to get warm and toasty without burning. Use two standard sized marshmallows per graham, or one of the larger mallows made specifically for s’mores. (That’s what we’re using here.)
3This is the sweet spot to get everything warm and melty while also making sure the marshmallows toast up nicely!
4The oven will seamlessly transition from baking to broil so the crackers toast, the chocolate melts, and the marshmallows get perfectly gooey and golden brown.
5Use a spatula to carefully remove the s’mores stacks from the hot pan. Place the bottom cracker on top and give your s’more a good smash. Enjoy warm (and maybe have some napkins handy)!
