How to adjust milk temperature and texture

With the high tech automated functions of the Oracle espresso machine, you can adjust the milk temperature to make your coffee extra hot. Press the SELECT dial to toggle the milk temperature function. This will be indicated by the flashing milk temperature. Then rotate the SELECT dial to your desired milk temperature, then press the dial to make the adjustment. 

Another way to change the milk texture is by pressing the SELECT dial and toggling it to the milk texture function, which is indicated by the flashing milk texture triangle. Rotate the SELECT dial towards ‘CAPP’ for more texture or ‘LATTE’ for less texture. Finally, press the dial to select the function. Keep in mind that different brands and types of milk and milk alternatives will texture differently, so you may need to adjust your texture levels accordingly.
