How to create latte art: the heart

Impress your guests with barista-quality latte art using The Oracle® Touch. To create a beautiful heart latte art, hold the jug at a high angle and with the cup tilted, which will create a larger surface area of the espresso. Then pour a thin constant stream of microfoam to pierce the center of the crema. As the cup starts to fill, tilt the cup to a more upright position but not enough to spill, then bring the tip of the jug close to the surface of the milk, almost touching it. As the white dot starts to appear, keep steadily pouring to make the dot larger. As the final step, pour through the dot into a heart shape, lifting the jug to finish the pattern.
