To create a balanced espresso shot using The Oracle® Touch, you need to find the optimal extraction, which baristas call "dialing in." This is where choosing the right grind size is essential. For example, if your espresso is flowing too fast, it's under-extracted and you need to decrease the grind size. If your espresso is flowing too slowly, it's over-extracted and you need to increase the grind size.
