How to use the interface

With the Breville Dual Boiler™, creating barista-quality third wave specialty coffee has never been easier. Learn how to brew beautiful, café-style lattes, cappuccinos, espresso, and more with the click of a button. We'll guide you through each button on your machine: the on/off switch, the espresso pressure gauge, menu button, extraction buttons (1 cup, 2 cup, and manual), as well as the dials used for steam and hot water. We’ll also show you how to select Shot Temperature, Shot Clock, or Clock modes on the machine's LCD screen. You can also customize the Dual Boiler™ with several programmable functions, as well as program or standby modes. Once you’re switched on to the tech side of your Breville Dual Boiler™, you’ll start to create your ideal system for brewing a marvelous cup of coffee—so let’s get started!
