How to adjust the steam temperature
Your Breville Dual Boiler™ includes a high-grade milk steamer, which can be used to create café-quality microfoam for specialty drinks and beautiful latte art. However, as any barista will tell you, the quality of your microfoam will depend on steaming temperature—between 131-149° F is ideal for achieving the right texture. Follow our step-by-step guide to adjust the steam temperature on their Breville Dual Boiler™. 1) Ensure that your machine is powered off. 2) Press the '1-Cup' button, and then the 'Power' button. Hold together for 3 seconds. 3) Click the 'Up' button to find the 'STEA' setting, and access by pressing 'Menu.' 4) Use the 'Up' and 'Down' buttons to adjust the temperature. 5) Press 'Menu' again. You will hear a beeping sound to confirm that your preferred temperature is set.
